We have just completed a total remodel of this villa. Located steps from two golf courses and Sea Pines Beach club. From beach accessories to a video library, this villa provides all the amenities to maximize your vacation/getaway. Yes, bring your laptop.
The villa sleeps 4, but can accommodate 6 by prior arrangement. The villa has access to two pools (both are shared).
Centrally located single level villa features an enclosed 8x18 screened porch (great view), living/dining great room, and fully-equipped kitchen. Pets allowed $40/wk, no smoking. Guests will enjoy miles of leisure trails, biking to Harbor Town, and the South Beach Marina, tennis, golf,pool,and horseback riding.
SPECIAL ITEMS

kids roller, booster chair, and pak and play plus a basket of toys.
Practice green for the ocean marsh golf course just outside the screened porch.
Choice of second king size bed for the guest bedroom.
LOCATION & AMENITIES

Sea Pines is a gated private resort on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The town of Hilton Head is the local shopping place, etc., it is also located 45 minute drive from the Savannah, GA historic water from district.
Amenities include phone, air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, stereo, CD player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, linens provided, washer and dryer, and beach towels and chairs provided
