This Historic Home is a single family property set in the center of an Historic District of a 300 year old North Carolina fishing village. The home is on the National Register of Historic Places and represents one of the most unique and affordable vacation destinations anywhere.

There are three bedrooms best suited to three couples comfort. Two new full baths, with shower/tub. Full kitchen, glass top range, Kitchen Aide Refrigerator, custom counters and sink. Dining table for six. Large living room downstairs and a large family room upstairs, three TVs w/cable and a VCR. Two new heat pumps for year round heating and cooling. Plus the porches. Upper and lower front porches for viewing the Bay of Swansboro, the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway, and the Outer Banks with distant views of the Atlantic Ocean, and then there are the back porches that provide shelter from the sun and rain on the other three sides of the home.

The Town of Swansboro, NC is along the Central Coast of North Carolina, it is between Jacksonville and Morehead City. It is 150 miles Southeast of Raleigh, NC. Four airports serve the area, Raleigh/Durham (150 miles), Willmington (75 miles), New Bern (45 miles) and Jacksonville (40 miles).
Within 25 miles there are museums, nightclubs, theaters, golf, and lots of shopping. Within 5 miles there is almost any water activity you can imagine.
