Imagine, you are staying in a vintage sixties pad, listening to records, dancing, flipping through old magazines and books, you are in the Boomers Pad, a luxurious sundrenced one bedroom with private porch looking out to the historic district. Or you are upstairs in the Broadway Suite surrounded by Marilyn, Bogie, and Jolson, watching a flick on the screen, or listening to the victrola. If you command a lot of space you are in the Empire Casino, in front of the marble fireplace, playing roulette, while your guests are wandering the other seven rooms of this three story bohemian chic New York Suite. Whichever one you choose, you will be treated royally, with utmost privacy. Should you desire our advise and chatter, we will be happy to invite you to one of our porch barbeques. The Follies House was designed to inspire the Artist in all of us.

We provide collectible books, records, artwork, antiques and quirky items from theater. We also provide, French roast coffee, cheescake, and Saratoga Seasalts, upon your arrival. We furnish all linens, kitchen ware, TV, VCR and fans.

We are a ten minute drive to Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center, home of the Philadelphia Orchestra, NYC Ballet and famed Jazz Festival in the summer. Just a few miles from the world famous Saratoga Springs Race Track, Yaddo Artists Colony, Lake George, and the Adirondacks.

Sorry no pets. We permit smoking on the porch, children, and drinking. We are twenty minutes from Albany Airport, and two and half hours from NYC.
