Beautiful new two storey executive villa recently constructed, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, 15-20 minutes from Disney world and other attractions with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Downstairs Master suite is exceptional. Large king sized bed. Beautiful, very large, en-suite with a fun size corner bath, separate shower and a very large, fully lit, vanity bar with double sinks. Separate toilet facilities and large walk in closet completes this magical master suite. Downstairs front bedroom 2 has twin beds and a walk in closet.

Upstairs you will find a second en-suite double bedroom 3 with full facilities and built in closet. 4th bedroom has full sized bed with built in closet and the 5th bedroom has twin beds and built in closet. There is a third bathroom with full facilities between bedrooms 4 and 5.

Outside you will find a superb pool all fully enclosed. There is a child safety fence and ample pool furniture. Large deck area to top up the sun tan with a shaded area for those that wish to escape the hot afternoon sun.
