MASTER BEDROOM: Has a King size Bed, Walk-in Wardrobe, Dressing Table, TV and Bedside Tables.
BEDROOMS TWO and THREE: Furnished with Two Double Beds in each a Fitted Wardrobe, Dressing Table, TV, Bedside Tables. Bedroom two has an Armchair bedroom three a Settee.
LOUNGE/DINER: With a large L shaped Settee Unit, Recliner Chair, Cable TV and VCR, Dining Table and Chairs, there is also a small Breakfast Bar with two Chairs.
KITCHEN: Equipped with a 4 ring Hob and Oven with grill, Microwave Oven, Fridge/Freezer with an ice and cold water dispenser, Double Bowl Sink with garbage disposal unit, plenty of crockery, pots and pans etc.
BALCONY: The large L shaped balcony has a lovely panoramic view of the Beach and Pool also the Inter-coastal Waterway etc. it is well stocked with Patio Table and Chairs.

Our apartment is on the fifth floor of a building called Anglers Cove consisting of 48 privately owned apartments. It can sleep up to 10 people.
Anglers Cove has an all year round heated Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and a well-furnished Sun-deck area. Direct access to the beautiful white sand Beach also an area with B-B-Q facilities. There are two lifts serving all floors making access possible for Baby Buggies and Wheelchairs. Laundry facilities are sited on all floor levels.

As this is also our Holiday Home there are quite a few extra home comforts than you would normally get in commercially rented property, such as cable TV in all three Bedrooms, Ceiling Fans fitted in all rooms, Clocks, Telephones, etc.
There is a window-serving hatch from the Kitchen to the Balcony making it ideal for alfresco dining.
Breakfast on the balcony just seems to start the day off right and watching the Sunrise over the Inter-coastal Waterway is a real pleasure for early risers.

Redington Shores is approximately halfway between Clearwater and St. Petersburg Beach on the Gulf of Mexico Coast in Pinellas County Florida.
The Redington Long Fishing Pier where you can hire tackle for fishing is next to Anglers Cove, there is also a Bait and Tackle shop on the other side of the road.
Golf Courses are within easy reach the nearest a few minutes drive.
Several restaurants of various types are within walking distance.
A very handy small General Store open all hours is just across the road.
There are numerous supermarkets and shopping malls in the area.
Plenty of Water Sport, Boating Trips and other Activities are available locally.
Lots of interesting places to visit including Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park in Tampa which are about a 40 minutes drive, also Sports Stadiums, Aquariums, Museums, Theatres, Zoo, Bird Sanctuary, and some wonderful Parks for walking in that have great playgrounds for the children.
The Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios etc. approximately 2 hours.

Tampa International Airport is the nearest around a 40 minutes drive.
The driving time from Orlando Airport is about 2 hours.

The rates above are quoted on bookings from a Saturday to a Saturday and include the Florida Taxes and the Checkout cleaning other days and extra days can sometimes be obtained on special arrangement.
A deposit of £100.00 per week is required at time of booking and the Balance of Payment is due 8 weeks prior to your check in date.
