Rental Policies:
Deposits: There is a $500 refundable security deposit required to rent the property. After your stay has finished, an inspection will be made on the property. If everything is in order, your security deposit will be returned within a month.
Refunds: Deposits will be refunded. If in case of cancellation call at least 30 days before the reservation date.
