Our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive villa is the height of luxury and is located on the beautiful Westridge development, just off US highway 27. The villa is just 15 minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes from Orlando international airport. All doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs.
There are three cable televisions, two telephones (one with answering machine), Hi-fi system, video recorder and a selection of children's videos and board games for your use.

The villa has 2200 sq. feet of living area and is beautifully decorated with many upgrades. There is a master suite with queen size bed and patio doors to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom with bath and double shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to the pool area. The third bedroom has a double bed and shares it's bathroom with the second bedroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are twins rooms which share a bathroom. There is a beautifully decorated living area, which has a set of patio doors to the pool area and which is adjacent to the dining area. There is also a large family area with a sleeper bed if required, and this has a set of triple patio doors to the pool area. There are plenty of ceiling fans both inside and outside to circulate the air. In addition to the beds and sofa bed, there is one roller bed which can be used in any bedroom, and we also have a cot and highchair for anyone with small families. To keep cool there is the all-important air conditioning.
The kitchen is beautifully fitted with all facilities including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, food disposal, dishwasher and much more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Outside there is a double garage to the front and a magnificent south-facing, oversize screened pool and a large lanai area with a spa/jacuzzi.
There is a host of poolside furniture for you to relax on if you just want to relax by the pool. If this is the case then you will find it much more pleasurable to know that the pool area has a private outlook to the rear due to it's elevated position. The gardens to the front and side have been beautifully landscaped to enhance the beauty of this wonderful vacation home.
