The villa is south facing and enjoys the sun to the pool area all day and the evening. The rear of the home overlooks orange & grape fruit groves, with a smell that is just divine. Inside the Villa offers a luxury furniture package with many extras added by ourselves giving the home from home feeling. 2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms, with en-suite facilities. This air conditioned/centrally heated home is very spacious and suitable for occupancy of up to 10 people. The villa comes fully equipped with all linen, utensils, appliances and comforts to ensure that the whole family has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Also included at no extra cost are a cot/crib and a highchair.

• Master Bedroom 1 has a US Queen-size bed, walk in dressing area/closet, ceiling fan and 19in. TV. The large upgraded en-suite bathroom incorporates w/c, large shower, and large bath.
• Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, and built in wardrobes
• Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a difference in that there is a double bed below and a single bed up above and is tastefully decorated in a Disney Mickey Mouse Theme.
• Bedroom 2 & 3 share what we call the family bathroom with w/c bath & shower.
• The kitchen is fully fitted to a superior standard. It is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer (with icemaker), with dining table and chairs. Microwave, dishwasher, cooker, toaster and coffee maker. The tumble dryer and automatic washing machine are housed in the adjoining garage area, directly off the kitchen.
• The main living area is lavishly furnished and includes a beautiful 3-seater settee and armchair. CD stereo music system and a 25in. TV with access to a large number of cable channels. Video recorder with a large selection to view, and a Microsoft X-Box also with some games. Just 1.5 miles from the villa on US192 is a large Video King Rental shop.
• Family area offers additional seating with sofa and an armchair and a Glass top dinning table and 4 chairs are also situated in this room.
One of the main attractions of the home is the beautiful private heated swimming pool, which is south facing. The door leading to the pool area from the villa is fitted with a child alarm for added peace of mind. The pool area is covered by a mesh enclosure, which provides full protection against insects and keeps the pool area clean. Don't worry your suntan is not impaired! There is also patio furniture, sun loungers and a table and four chairs.

Our beautiful villa which was only completed for July 2002 is set in a small luxury community at Bass Lakes, Kissimmee, which is an upmarket lakeside development, quietly situated just a short distance off the main road, (Highway 192.) The location is one of the best in Florida being only 30 minutes from the airport and just under 15 minutes away from the magic of Disney World and all the major attractions that make the Orlando area so popular. It is also an ideal location if you wish to travel and discover Florida, and for the golfer there are dozens of quality golf courses within a short distance of our villa. But remember the Orlando area isn't just about Theme Parks you could just spend the time relaxing around your own private pool, or fishing in the Local Lake.
