Large luxury villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 in comfort with king size double in master bedroom, 2 further doubles and 2 single beds. There is also a pull out bed in the family room. Fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances (check out the electric can opener). Spacious accommodation includes lounge, dining area, breakfast area, family room with 25" cable TV and VCR (the master bedroom has TV also), lanai, extra large south facing sun deck and extra large heated pool. The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, family room and lanai for extra comfort on those sticky nights. There are superb views over the conservation valley area and lake.

Florida Sanctuary villa rental is conveniently situated just 2 minutes from US27 and I-4. Champion's Gate is just 1 mile away with a large supermarket, various shops, takeaways, video rental etc. Disney World is just 10 miles away via the I-4 and the beaches are a little over 1 hour away to either coast.

The nearest airports are Orlando International (45 minutes) and Sanford (60 minutes).
