By car, Disneyworld is only 15 minutes away. 25 minutes driving takes you to Seaworld and Universal Studios, whilst 1.5 hours driving takes you to Tampa and Busch Gardens.
Kissimmee, which is 5 minutes drive from the main thoroughfare, has numerous shops, flea markets, restaurants and supermarkets.
Serious shoppers can find pleasure at The Florida Mall, Vinelands, Belz Factory or even visit downtown old Kissimmee.
On the main street US 192 (Vine Street) there is a cinema, ten pin bowling and an Internet cafe.
All these amenities are within 5 or 15 minutes drive from the villas.

Orlando International airport is 30 minutes from the villas, whilst Sanford International is only 45 minutes drive, on a very good road.
