Our newly designed and developed luxury villa is situated within Bridgewater Crossing, Davenport. Voted community of the year for 1999 Bridgewater Crossing continues to live up to the standards it has set. Our spacious villa spares no expense when meeting your needs whilst vacationing in Orlando. The four bedroom villa comprises two master bedrooms with queen size beds, both en-suite, twin beds in bedrooms 3 & 4 with adjoining bathroom. The Living Area is a large open plan beautifully furnished lounge with two large sofas, coffee tables, lamps, cable TV, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is a fully fitted kitchen and features a breakfast bar, large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Coffee maker, Cooker and all cooking utensils and crockery. Patio doors lead to a fully screened private pool complete with patio furniture and sun loungers.

Our luxury vacation home is situated on Bridgewater Crossing, a 78 acre community nestled among 165 acres of wetland, nature reserve and a 45 acre deep water lake. Despite being a location away from the very busy parts of Orlando it does not suffer from a lack of conveniences or facilities. The I4 junction 24 is about 5 minutes drive away, this means you are only another 5 to 10 minutes from the gates of the theme parks.
Guests of our villa have a variety of recreational features to choose from within the community such as a community Pool, Sailing; Children's Playground; Volleyball and basketball court; Fishing Lake; tennis courts Champion Gate - two of the best 18 hole golf courses in the area.
