Our luxury, fully air conditioned spacious Florida villa has three bedrooms (one king sized, one queen sized and two single beds) including a master bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom with pool door leading to the south facing pool, a second bathroom and a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. It also features a dinning room, fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. Our home is well equipped including a large washing machine and tumble dryer, all bed linen, towels and all necessary crockery and cooking utensils. Plus iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Life around the home could not be easier with a large oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, and waste disposal unit. The pool is 24'x12' and has an extended deck area, large covered lanai with patio table and chairs, a gas bar-be-que is also supplied for your use.

The villa is situated at ESPRIT, which is 1 minute south of highway 192. On-site facilities include communal swimming pool, tennis court, basketball, 400 acre lake and a 9 hole golf course. Local shops include garage, bank and a subway deli. With Disney only a 15 minute drive away, our villa provides a great home away from home.

Sanford airport is only 45 minutes away and Orlando international airport 25 minutes away.
