The villa is situated within a gated community called The Abbey it is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with a south west facing private heated pool, the pool area is screened and has all the essential poolside furniture you need.
The first master bedroom has a king size bed the 2nd master has a queen size bed (both master bedrooms have cable TV installed).
There are two twin bedrooms one with a Mickey Mouse Disney theme just for the kids. The villa sleeps 10 guests.
There are three bathrooms 2 of which are en-suite to the 2 master bedrooms.
The kitchen has all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible with a hobbed oven, microwave, big fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, garbage disposal and a cd radio cassette play so you can take all your favourite music with you.
The spacious living area has cable tv, a video and dvd player with over 30 films for you to watch,there is also a ollection of books and board games for your entertainment.
All in all our villa is perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy the many things Orlando has to offer.

The villa is Just a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and a 10-15 minute drive from Disney World & Universal Studios.
About 2 minutes away is the Famous Champions Gate Golf Complex with 2 full 18 hole golf courses designed by golf legend Greg Norman it is also the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy
There are numerous other activities to check out like fan boat rides and tours, gatorland, various themed restaurants, miniature golf, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, all the Malls and shops you need not forgetting the other Theme Parks like Wet n Wild, Sea World and Busche Gardens.
The villa is also a couple of minutes away from local take aways, supermarket, restaurants, and pharmacy.

No pets allowed and smoking is only permitted in the poolside area.

The only additional charges incurred are if you would like the pool heating at £10 per day plus there is a $25.00 non refundable insurance deposit which will be collected by the management company upon arrival .
Finally we require a 10% deposit of full rental amount on confirmation of booking then the balance for full amount paid at least 10 weeks before rental period begins.
