Privately owned, the villa is spacious and modern in design and is tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It is extremely well equipped with all household appliances and comfortably sleeps 6 in the three spacious bedrooms. A queen size sofa bed is provided for groups of up to 8 whilst complimentary highchairs and cribs are available on request.
The private heated pool is fully screened for your comfort with an excellent selection of quality poolside furniture; pool games and children's armbands are also provided for your comfort and safety as you relax in the Florida sunshine.
An adjacent sunlounge area, also fully screened, provides welcome shade during the day and is the ideal place to relax with family and friends in the evening.
Extensive facilities are provided for your leisure time. Cable TV, stereo system and a VCR together with a selection of Disney and action films are also provided.
The kitchen benefits from all modern electrical appliances including cooker, fridge/freezer with integral ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided and there is the added benefit of a second dining area.
All bed linen and towels are provided and a gas barbeque, essential for all holidays, is located in the vicinity of the sunlounge area.

Our fully air conditioned luxury villa provides the "best of both worlds". It is located in a quiet, peaceful residential community surrounded by open countryside but is less than 10 minutes drive from all Disney Theme Parks. An array of shops and restaurants are also within easy reach.
