Sunset Lakes is a quiet, small gated Community 5 minutes from Disney World, behind Splendid China on Hwy 192.
This exclusive new development has many features including 2 fishing lakes, paddleboats, a gazebo, community pool with cabana and children's play area. The conservation area surrounding Sunset Lakes is home to a variety of birds and wildlife! Golf enthusiasts will find several courses within close proximity.
Our single storey villa is air conditioned and furnished to executive standard throughout, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The spacious family room, dining room fully equipped kitchen is open-plan.
The family room has Cable TV, VCR, CD and stereo. 2 sofas, one converts to a queen-size sleeper. The adjoining dining room has sliding door to outside dining area.
The kitchen has breakfast bar with stools, and has every major appliance including a full-size cooker, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, waste disposal, dishes and cookware etc. The separate laundry room houses washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are supplied.
The pool deck has shower and sun beds and is accessible by sliding doors from the master bedroom, dining and family room.
Our fully screened private heated pool has underwater coloured lighting, making night swimming inviting! Our large corner plot has tropical landscaping and palm trees providing privacy.

Sunset Lakes has 2 lakes. 1 with paddleboats and gazebo - ideal for fishing. The community pool with sunbeds is available to guests.
There is also a children's play park. The Conservation area around Sunset Lakes makes it an ideal place for hiking, walking and bird watching!

Disney Theme Parks are all local.
Beaches are 50 mins drive.
Shops, Supermarkets Restaurants are all just minutes away.
Walt Disney has 5 Championship Golf Courses, all are minutes away from the house - Bonnett Creek Course has Two 18 Holes/Par 72 • Magic Kingdom Resort has Two 18 Holes/Par 72 • The Oak Trail Course has One 9 Hole /Par 36 • Lake Buena Vista has One 18 Hole/Par 72

Just off Hwy 192 at Orange Lake Country Club there are Three 18 Hole Courses, all under $60 per round.
