The villa is set in quarter of an acre, in a quiet residential location and benefits from large accommodation, with private enclosed solar heated pool and lanai. This villa has all new furniture and is truly a home from home. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, full size oven/range, coffeemaker toaster, tabletop oven/broiler and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. All utensils and crockery included. Lounge with television, video and cable. Double garage is electric opening and also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. New furnishings for your comfort. Telephone, with free local calls. Dining room seats up to six, including breakfast bar. Two bathrooms, one ensuite. The villa sleeps 4-6 people, with two fold up beds and a cot for the little ones. Gas BBQ and utensils. Fully enclosed private solar heated pool with lanai, poolside furniture and lighting for those summer evening dips. All linen and towels including beach towels are provided for use in the villa only. Master bedroom has king size bed ensuite facilities, extra large room with walk-in closet, dresser, night stands, radio alarm clock, cot, hairdryer and hair clippers. Second bedroom has two twin beds, walk in closet, chest of drawers, nightstand, radio alarm clock and adjacent bathroom. Armbands and floats are provided for use in pool area. and boating to name but a few, close by. |
