bedrooms plus a large sleeping loft and two baths located in an exclusive
community in Captiva's village area. (sleeps 6) Property 2 & 3: 2315 and 2226 South Seas Plantation are our 2 (sleeps 6) and 1 (sleeps 4) bedroom beach front condos, respectively. Our condos have breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico - awesome sunsets! - and INSTANT beach access. Our Florida vacation rental villas have king size beds in the master bedrooms, 2 twins in the guest rooms and loft where applicable. They have linens and towels, fully equipped kitchens inclusive of microwaves and dishwashers, and washer/dryers either in the villa or in the building. The two bedroom villas have 2 full baths. These fabulous Gulf Coast villas have access to the beach, tennis courts and heated swimming pools. Golf is available on nearby Sanibel Island. Fishing, boating and all watersports are available in the area. Each villa is great for a romantic get away, or a family vacation.
