Spacious two story Lake Tahoe vacation chalet, sleeps twelve people. Holiday home comes fully furnished with modern conveniences. Large rock fireplace. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, five separate sleeping areas. Linens & towels furnished upon arrival. The home has a washer/dryer, automatic dishwasher, large refrigerator with top freezer, built-in self cleaning gas oven and four burner range top. Coffee maker, toaster, TV, DVD Player etc.

Plenty of parking in front with large play area behind the home. Badminton, volley ball and horse shoes furnished during summer months.

Great location close to Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Camp Richardson beach, State line Casinos and restaurants. Bicycle/moped rentals two blocks from the Chalet. Super bike and hiking trails in this area called Gardner Mountain.

Pets may be acceptable with owner's approval. There is an additional rent of $10 per day per pet charged. Maximum of two pets per rental. Smoking outside the home please.
