It has a two car garage and a parking area across the street for boat trailers or recreational vehicles.

Clearlake is located in the popular northern California wine country. A short drive takes you to Sonoma, Napa, Calistoga & Mendocino Counties famous for the worlds best wines. Also enjoy a massage and mud bath at the mineral hot springs in Calistoga Calif only a one hour drive from our waterfront home.
Trophy-size, large-mouth black bass and giant catfish are caught by anglers from this beautiful large lake each year. Clearlake is one of the few California lakes where night boating is safe and legal. Be sure and ask for our list of best restaurants located on the waterfront offering boat docking facilities for its guest. The famous Konocti Resort & Spa is close by and offers name entertainment all during the year.
There are three Nevada style Indian owned gaming casinos near the shores of Clearlake. Come try your luck. Lake County is also known for its excellent wine growing region. Several wineries here have tasting rooms for your pleasure. One of Clearlake's newest attractions is the Clearlake Queen, a New Orleans style paddlewheeler floating restaurant and night club with dining and dancing. A cruise on the "Queen" offers newcomers a wonderful opportunity to see the beautiful Mt. Konocti and other great scenery of the area. (This is a must see and do event.)
Be sure and see Clearlake’s newest attraction a Giant Water Slide Park, "Outrageous Waters" A facility and playland with other recreational concessions.

Closest big cities are Santa Rosa and Ukiah, California. Pet are allowed with this rental by special arrangements. There is an extra fee and deposit required. The home is a non smoking environment. Renter must smoke outside.
