The cabin is 1,100 square feet of solid log construction with beautiful views of Luna Lake and Escadilla Mountain. Close to near by attractions; Hannagan's Meadow, numerous fishing waters, horseback riding, Alpine Country Club; our mountain golf course with bar and restaurant, abundant hiking and mountain bike trails. In winter Sunrise Ski area is nearby for snowboarding, downhill and cross-country skiing; numerous snowmobiling trails. Ice fishing at many lakes. The cabin is located on 40 acres of private property with easy access off Highway 180 just 2 1/2 miles south of Alpine, Arizona and 4 miles to the New Mexico border. We keep the road plowed in the winter. Guaranteed one of the, if not the nicest rentals in the area with all the amenities of home. Owners are in residence on property. Welcome Gift!

Sleeps 6-7, has a bedroom w/Queen and loft w/2 Queens. Spacious full sized bath. Satellite TV, VCR, Stereo w/CD and telephone. Comfortable dining and living room - tastefully decorated. Coffee, creamer, sweetener/sugar, laundry soap/dryer sheets, TP and paper towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen w/full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, range/oven, washer & dryer, BBQ. Pellet stove - providing warmth and ambiance. Deck with patio furniture - providing awesome views of Escadilla mountain and Luna Lake. Resident wildlife (elk, racoons, squirrels, birds) etc. Horses can be boarded for $7-$10 per day.

Close to Alpine (2 1/2 miles) - Alpine Country Club (public golf course) with bar and restaurant. Bear Wallow Cafe - great eats all the time. Cafe Beate (German cusine) Paddy Creek (fine dining) the restaurant at Tal WiWi Lodge - good for dinner. Numerous fishing waters - local shopping (market and gifts) miles and miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. One hour from Sunrise ski area - downhill, cross country, snowboarding. Snowmobile trails. Ice fishing - near-by Hannigans Meadow. Fishing instruction and pole rental available.

Refundable security deposit of $250 to hold rental reservation, additional pet deposit of $250 based on approval for pet, horse boarding $7-$10 night. Rent is due in full 2 weeks prior to arrival - no refunds on cancellations made within 2 weeks of arrival - unless replacement renter is found - frequently there is a wait list. Deposit is refunded by mail within 10 days of departure (to be sure no long distance phone charges and any pay-per view is paid for). Book in advance (especially for summer months).
