Holiday rental apartment is on the ground floor with balcony and has it's own entrance and parking. Numerous sand and stone beaches can be found just 300 metres from the apartment, some of these have not been urbanised and in the same area there is also a beach for nudists. Some of the beaches are very well known as is the most famous and hotel island of Sveti Stefan with beautiful walking areas and tremendous panoramas.

Sveti Stefan is one of the most picturesque villages with beaches on the Adriatic Coast and plenty of places to eat and drink. The alimentary shop is only 100 m from the apartment. If you come with a car there are plenty more beautiful places to see like Becici, Milocer, Budva, and also Tivat where we live in the bay of Bokakotorska, which is included in the Top 20 bays of the world.

If you come by airplane, you would land at the Tivat airport which is the closest one along the coast of Montenegro. In that case we would wait for you there to pick you up and take you to your holiday apartment and of course take you back on your departure.

Pets are allowed.

The daily price for the apartment is 65 € (regardless of number of persons), + tax for a stay for mature persons which is 0,7 € per day. A reservation that guarantee our mutual cooperation is for 30% of total amount, which you should send to my account after our positive conversation and confirmation of booking.
