2 bedroom Holiday Villa with Private pool in Maro, Nerja.
The villa is walled all round and is very peaceful and private.
It is extremely comfortable and well equipped with a very high
standard of cleanliness.
The villa comprises of 1 double bedroom with a double bed, and
1 single bedroom with single bed. Sleeps 3.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with 3/4 bath and shower over, WC, wash basin.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge/diner
with TV. The TV is set up for BBC, CNN, ITV and numerous film
and cartoon channels including Spanish TV. The sliding windows
open up to the balcony.
Outdoors: The pool is ceramic and their dimensions are 8m x 4m,
with steps leading into the shallow end. It is regularly sanitized
and automatically filtered daily. There is a new patio with gazebo
which contains a gymnasium and space to escape from the heat of
the day. Also there are several parasols over tables and sun beds
to give shade around the pool.
Notes on Accommodation.
No smoking inside the villa please.
There is also a filtered water system.

ITEMS
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob over oven. Fridge/freezer,
toaster, coffee maker, microwave. Washing machine is situated outside.
Iron/ironing board, satellite TV, room fans, cot, gas barbecue,
private pool (for sole use of the guests). Off road parking space
behind secure gates.
Towels and bed linen are included. Beach towels are not provided.
Pool sanitized every 4 days taking approx 1 hour.
We visit the villa twice a week, usually on Wed to clean and sanitize
the pool and Sat to clean the villa and change the bedding. It takes
about three hours but we promise not to disturb you too much.
Sorry, no pets.

Local amenitiesand attractions
The villa is within close walking distance to Maro where there
are friendly restaurants and a beach. The villa is set in a small
urbanization with sea and mountain views from the balcony facing
south east. The villa is very close to the Caves of Nerja where
there is a bus stop with regular services to Nerja and most locations
going West. It is 5km to Nerja going West where there are many
beaches, shoe shops and super markets. There is a Super Sol store
which sells all types of food and vegetables just before you get
into Nerja so the parking is easier than in the town.
Going East driving along a beautiful coastline you will come across
so many seaside resorts and local markets. Location

Getting to and from airport
A car is recommended
to enjoy the area but visitors can arrange to be be picked up
by taxi at the airport or hire a car on arrival or at the resort.
Trains run between Malaga airport and Fuengirola every 30 minutes
stopping at Torremolinos and Benalmadena on the way. From summer
2008 there will be a new train station underneath main airport
building.
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. The prices are
based on no more than three people.
From Saturday noon time to Saturday 10.am.
A booking deposit of 25% is required, with the balance paid on
arrival. No persons other than the number of guests on the booking
list can enjoy the facilities of this villa without prior permission
from the owners.
