Three bedroom holiday villa on two levels, comfortably furnished throughout with covered terraces. A few steps down from lawned gardens is the pool area with barbecue. On the entrance side of the house there is a pond and off-road parking for several cars.
Ground floor: Entrance hall, cloakroom, lounge with fireplace, sat. tv, fully fitted kitchen with dinning area, storage room, garage and covered terrace.
First floor: Three bedrooms (3 double, ) 2 1/2 bathroom, one of which is en suite. In 2 bedrooms is air-conditioning and 1 with ceiling fan. Sleeps maximum 6.
Including beds made up for arrival, all linen, towels, blankets, pillows, duvets, except beach towels.
Also a utility room with washing machine and ironboard.

Malaga Airport is 25 km, towncentre 3km, beaches 3km,nearest golf courses 500 meters,shops and markets 2 km.
In spite of proximity to facilities a car is essential.

Rentals starts on Saturday. Minimum rental 1 week, maximum 1 month.

Heating charge October 1st till April 30th; €30 per bottle of 35kg.
