This beautiful Costa del Sol holiday apartment is on a fruit farm and consists of 2 bedrooms (one double & one twin), it has a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster, there is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has bath and shower. The very large lounge/dining room has a big open fireplace for the winter months and has, satellite system, television, music centre with compact disc player, it also has two sofa beds and a big dining table. Outside there is a beautiful terrace (30 mts sq) with patio furniture and its own fountain. The swimming pool area has sunbeds and a thatched roof beach style bar with B.B.Q. so dad can burn the sausages!!

Although a fruit farm we have various animals to delight the children there are ducks and geese for the kids to feed, a peacock who likes to visit the swimming pool, dogs (friendly), cats (friendlier), a beautiful horse called "Belleza", and of course ourselves (nearly house trained and over friendly), OH!! and I nearly forgot "Bruno" out very rude parrot (in Spanish). There is a stream that run through the property so that the kids can hunt frogs and bring them home for mummy.

This property is 3 minutes by car from the quaint village of Alhaurin el Grande, and 20 minutes by car to the coast. The village has something for everyone, be it sitting on the terrace of a local "Tapas" bar and watching the world go by, or why not try the local restaurants, which vary from pizza parlours to wonderful fish restaurants or even Hauté Cuisine. For the young or the young at heart there are local disco's and for the very brave there are even gymnasiums. Car hire can be arranged to pick you up at the airport. Alhaurin boasts 2 golf courses, one of which was designed by Seve Ballesteros and is the only 18 hole par 3 course in Andalucia. On the coast of Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Marbella, there is something for everyone be it water skiing, fishing, jet skies, theme parks, aqua parks, a zoo, or pedal boats, it is more than enough to tire the kids out so mum and dad can drink that bottle of champagne on the terrace or by the pool.

The guests upon arrival will receive a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, champagne to kick of the holiday, chocolate for the children and any farm produce that is in season.
The nearest airport is Malaga and is a 20 minute drive to Alhaurin el Grande.
No pets I'm afraid, I have enough of my own.

The property is let throughout the year. Payment to be made in Euros please. There are no additional costs. A deposit of £100 pounds sterling (€157) is payable to secure the booking, this is repayable on the day of departure. 15/4/05
