DESCRIPTION

Los Arcos is a 2 bed apartment in a private villa in La Nucia near Altea (8km) and Benidorm (5km). It has its own pool, garden with fruit trees, bathroom, kitchen, barbecue, Astra TV and outside seating. The two double/twin rooms sleep four people and there is a convertible sofa for a fifth. Within 200 metres, we have a large supermarket, banks, restaurants and a bar, plus is a bus stop on the service route between Benidorm and Callosa. The beaches of Benidorm and Alfaz del Pi are only 5km.

SPECIAL ITEMS

La Nucia is situated just 5km from the Mediterranean Sea. There are beautiful beaches just 10 minutes drive away. Behind us, there are mountain ranges where you can go walking, cycling or for a drive. There are cultural centres nearby at Alfaz del Pi and Altea which have regular concerts and theatre productions. If you want nightlife, then of course there's plenty of that available too in Benidorm and the towns around. We have weekly markets at La Nucia, Benidorm, Alfaz del Pi, Altea and Villajoyosa - all with their own particular character. You can buy vegetables and flowers, clothes, shoes, bedding, music ..you'll find just about anything you want!

LOCATION & AMENITIES

We are just 5km from Benidorm with its golf, beaches, nightlife, themeparks etc. Equally, we are just a few kilomtres from Altea with its arts, theatre and concerts. And we are just minutes from mountians, walks, animal parks etc.

We do not take pets and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. There's plenty of garden, terraces etc, however.
