Delightful private villa, with heated pool, Moraira, Costa Blanca. The property sleeps 6. Spacious,
south facing private villa set within walking distance of restaurants & beaches, your perfect peaceful holiday.
Set in a very private no through road, yet only approx 10/12 minutes walk from local restaurants, shops & beaches. There are only a few steps up to villa, then all accommodation, pool; terraces are on the same level. As you enter through the front door, the 2 twin rooms & large shower room along with the double en-suite are to your left. The spacious lounge with sliding doors to the pool, dining room & kitchen are all open plan, with further French doors to the pool from the kitchen, utility room is located at the back of the kitchen.
Gardens are well tended, villa & furnishings are as new, you could not wish for more from either the villa or central location.

There is parking for two cars, inside locked gates with six steps up to villa, from there all living accomodation / terraces and pool are all set on one level, excellent for both families and the less able bodied.

General Items include washing machine, ceiling fans, house linen, central heating, Air conditioning hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, iron & board, toaster.

LOCATION & AMENITIES


Located in a very private no through road, yet it takes only 12 minutes to walk to the beaches (sandy & rocky).
Restaurants for every taste and budget are also within 10/ 15 mins walk (so you can also enjoy that drink and stroll back!).
Local sports: golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, walking, horse riding, jet ski, coarse fishing, go-karting, aqua park, trekking, snorkeling, swimming, sea fishing, Green Bowles are mostly within 5 min drive or 20 min walk of villa.
Shops / market are also within walking distance.

15% Deposit on booking is required.
Balance due 8 clear weeks prior to holiday
£175 Damage Deposit *refundable
Additional cleaning can be provided, this will attract extra costs.
