The Villa Los Pinos is situated in the peaceful urbanizacion Costa Nova.
Several beaches such as La Granadella, El Ambolo (naturist), El Arenal (sandy beach) are a short distance away, easily accessible by car. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.
The villa is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a relaxed holiday; an oven, a fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
There are 800 sq. metres of secluded garden surrounding the villa. A pool-keeper and gardener come twice a week to ensure everything is kept in immaculate condition. The villa is cleaned and aired between every letting and freshly laundered bed linen are provided weekly.
The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is surrounded by a fence and hedge making it secure and ideal for children.

Sleeps 4/5 in one double and one twin room (extra folding beds for children). Two fully equipped bathrooms.
The villa is in excellent condition having been renovated, expanded and fully repainted inside and outside during the winter of 2004/5.
The garden is very private with unusually a lawn and a shaded area below the pine trees. The private swimming pool is approx 8 x 5 m. The villa is fully equipped and even has a DVD/MP3 player and a stereo CD/ radio /cassette player and cable TV with all the main UK, German and Dutch as well as Spanish TV channels
Fully equipped kitchen with modern gas oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and every cooking utensil and machine you could imagine.
Complete set of sunloungers, pool chairs, purpose built barbeque area, tables, outdoor shower etc. Ample parking.

Sport facilities. This holiday resort also offers a whole range of different activities. It has two golf courses (a 9-hole and an 18-hole), a horse-riding school, all sorts of different water activities (windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, canoeing etc), tennis courts are within walking distance from the villa, and for the keen cyclist there are good mountain paths to follow.
Javea offers an enormous range of sports in easy range of the villa, namely: Tennis, Golf - La Sella, Club de Golf de Javea Windsurfing, Scuba diving, Horseriding, Bowls, Fitness Training/Gym Cycling.

Javea (or Xabia) is easily accessible from Alicante and Valencia Airports (about an hours drive from either).
The dominating feature in Javea is Mount Mongo, immediately to the north. The protection this affords the town is one of the factors responsible for the very mild climate, referred to by the World Health Organisation as almost as perfect as it is possible to attain. The old town, with its 16th century church, covered market and fascinating narrow streets, built mostly with the local rough stone, ensures that it maintains its charming Medieval character.
Javea has several beaches in easy reach of the villa.
The main leisure beach is Arenal, which offers a wide sandy beach with safe shallow warm water, ideal for young children.
