Casa das Vinhas is set in its own grounds of 4 acres which was once a vineyard (hence the name) but is now surrounded by olive, fig, almond and carob trees.

The villa sits on the side of a hill with lovely views of the countryside and around to the mountains in the North. The private heated swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace with pool house, bbq, exterior shower, and furnished with ample sun loungers and patio furniture. A stair case leads down from the terrace to the landscaped gardens below. This is a wonderful setting for a relaxing peaceful holiday but still within easy reach of water parks, beaches and the town of Armacao de Pera with its 2 mile long sandy beach only 2km away.

The accommodation comprises of a large lounge and dining area, equipped with Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Modern fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all necessary electrical appliances. Separate utility room houses the washing machine. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all with sliding doors leading to the pool area. One large double room with en suite shower room and two further twin rooms which share the family bathroom. On the first floor is the Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom and sliding door leading to a balcony providing wonderful views of the sea and countryside. Maid service provided 5 days per week, pool cleaning twice per week during the summer months and once a week during the winter period. Cot and High Chair available.
