DESCRIPTION


Fantastic villa / apartments with pool and large terraces that surrounds the villa. Consists of 3 apartments: 1 x 2 bedroom apartment and 2 x 3 bedroom apartments. The villa can be rented in its entirety with private pool or as individual holiday rental apartments with shared pool. The villa is close to the village and shops that are just a 3 minutes walk away. One of the 3 bedrooms is ground floor which makes it ideal for elderly people, in wheelchair or families with young children.

Mature garden surround the villa. BBQ and outside shower. Garden furniture for every apartment on the large terraces. Plenty of parking outside the villa.
In every apartment there is: TV with cable, Washing Machine, Coffee percolator, microwave, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster etc. all included in price.
All bedrooms from 2009 will have air conditioig operated by pre-paid cards available from owner.
LOCATION & AMENITIES


Mellieha and one of the biggest sandy beaches is only 5 mins away. Shops, bars, restuarants, pharmacies, banks: 5 minutes on foot.
Trips to Gozo and Comino 5 minutes with the bus.
All water sports, splash and Fun Park, horse riding, water skiing, walking, tennis, golf etc.
