This recently converted Maltese holiday home of character has three bedrooms all with ensuite bath/shower rooms. One of the corner baths has also a jacuzzi incorporated. Kitchen is fully equipped next to dining room overlooking the Roman style swimming pool area which has lots of deck space. Swimming pool is Roman figure measuring 10 x 6 metres.

Sitting/ dining area has got cable television.

Ta' Kolina is a conveniently situated holiday home that is centrally located with all amenities from supermarkets to banks within walking distance. Ramla Bay, Gozo's largest sandy beach is just a seven minute drive away. A restaurant is just a 30 second walk away. Victoria the Capital is also a 10 minute drive as well as Mgarr harbour where the ferry crosses from Malta to Gozo and vice-versa. Gozo is relatively quiet and crime free. Summer is fiesta season where all the towns and villages commemorate every weekend their patron saints.
