Villa Morena is located in Scopello area about 300m. from the sea and at about 2 km. from the Park Zingaro, a nature reserve park which fascinates with the unlimited beauty of its Mediterranean landscape and transparence of sea waters.

The International Airport of Palermo as well a Trapani Airport are distant about 50 km, while the nearest city where a shopping can be done and the necessary services found is Castellammare del Golfo at about 5 km.

The Villa has been designed according to the local authentic style of buildings using natural materials that give to the rustic art certain features of elegance.
Inside, the habitation is accessed through the open plan living room characterized by large windows which, benefit from the particular position of the rustic, give the possibility to enjoy the sun that seems emerging from the sea and everything harmonizes with the beauty of the bay sitting underneath.
Unforgettable emotions are provoked observing the downs from perfection of the surrounding nature.
The living room is furnished in simple manner with comfortable and elegant furniture. The colours used are moderated but solar at the same time. Beside dining area there is a well structured kitchen angle with characteristic majolica and provided with various household utensils and equipment.
Additional little stair in the living room goes up to an angle suitable for reading or conversation.

The bedrooms are two one double and one with twin beds. The bedrooms are well furnished with comfortable wardrobes. The bathroom is with shower.
The habitation is provided with a TV, air conditioning and washing machine.

Outside in the spacious garden there is situated a barbeque with trellis and table for pleasant refreshments and grills in the open and private swimming pool is also available.
There is a road that leads directly to the beach of Mazzo di Sciacca and the sea.
