to 14 people and is available for holiday lets and short breaks,
with professional cook and maid services.
The Villa, located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, is surrounded
by acres of garden consisting of neatly clipped hedges, trees,
and flower-filled terracotta pots.
The Villa's accommodation offers infinite space and maximum privacy.
It is exquisitely furnished with antiques and comfortable sofas.
1st Floor
Landing hall, kitchen/breakfast room with cooker, oven, dishwasher
and open fireplace. A second kitchen has cooker, oven, fridge/freezer
and dishwasher. Elegant dining room with fireplace and doors to
a small, furnished, terraced garden. Small reading room/study
and lounge. In the oldest wing of the Villa a beautifully furnished
sitting room with a 300 year old fireplace and doors leading to
a foot balcony. Cloakroom with WC.
2nd Floor
One charming, double bedded room with adjacent bathroom and Jacuzzi,
WC etc with fantastic views of the Town. One double bedded room
with small dressing room and one twin bedded room, these sharing
adjacent bathroom with WC etc. Two twin bedded rooms with adjacent
bathrooms, WC etc and separate WC
3rd Floor
The penthouse has: two double bedrooms . These two bedrooms share
a shower room with WC etc

250,000 paid locally. Security deposit: a deposit for ITL 1 million
must be paid be credit card or euro/travel cheque upon arrival;
Professional Chef and waiter with exclusive set menu: US$80 per
