The properties are newly built and two storey, having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one kitchen-living room, balconies with sea and forest view, spacious garden and parking place. The holiday villas are fully equipped and air conditioned. The equipment includes air conditioning, kitchen, fridge-freezer, TV, stereo, washing machine, tables, chairs, utensils, etc.

We can provide transportation to and from the airport. We can also provide a baby bed.
LOCATION & AMENITIES

The properties are located in Halkidiki, one hour away from Thessaloniki airport (SKG). Halkidiki offers a variable landscape combining pine forest and sandy beaches. Furthermore it is the birthplace of Aristotle and has numerous nearby archaeological attrations. Halkidiki hosts the christian monastic state of mount Athos. The region where the villas are located is near major facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, medical centre, music festivals, archaeological sites, night clubs etc.) however the villas are located in a quiet private land. Furthermore, we are always going to be around to show you the area or help you if you need any assistance.
