Alonissos, Northern Sporades.
The villa sleeps 4/5 persons. Set on three levels with balcony with beautiful large garden.
The house has a very friendly atmosphere. Light and comfortable, furnished with both Greek and antique African and Asian furniture.
This fully equipped house was built in 1997, by the current owners. It is covered in bougainvillea and (fragrant ) roses. Is app. 120m2, and all three floors have large balconies paved, like the outdoor steps, in the traditional Plaka. The floors indoors are paved in white marble. Central heating in all the rooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Doors, French-windows and kitchen are hand made in the traditional style. Two large apothiki's (storage rooms). Washing machine, generator that can feed the entire house in case of powercut.
The roof in the living is approx 6 meter high. Outstanding acoustics.
Two bedrooms - Large double beds and bathroom en-suite. Seperate private toilets per room. Sea-view, large balcony.

Open kitchen - Fully equipped, with dishwasher, fridge, deep freeze and electric cooker with oven, large balcony
Galleried landing provides extra sleeping area, desk, cd player, large balcony.
Garden - The app. 1000m2 terraced style garden has olive, almond, fig and lime trees. A pergola covered in fragrant roses, wine leaves, and clematis. The garden terraces are covered in pebble. Garden furniture.
The garden and the house are very well maintained. English house keepers.

Alonissos is a lovely and quiet island in the Aegean Sea, good for walking and water sports, unspoilt, situated in one of the few Marine Parks in the Mediterranean, known for its Monkseal colony and many dolphins. It can be reached via Skiathos by hoovercraft. Many hiking trails and great for boating. Green throughout the year. Clean and peaceful beaches and quiet forests. The house is located close to a village with supermarkets, restaurants etc. From the house walks all over the island can start. Beach within walking distance. Cars, motorcycles etc. are for rent on the island.
Magnificent view of the coastal villages Roussoum and Patitiri, the sea and the islands.

Direct flights to Skiatos, from there with hoovercraft or ferry to Alonissos. From Athens daily flights to Skiathos, From Thessaloniki, taxi to Volos, hoovercraft of ferry.
