Villa Rountagh comprises of four bedrooms; one king size, one
double and two twins an extra z bed is also available. The former
has a dressing room and en suite, while the other three have a
separate bathroom next to the toilet. The lounge has a feature
fireplace with comfortable sofas and a dining area. It also has
a TV, DVD and Video as well as a music centre. The kitchen along
with the usual appliances also has a microwave and dishwasher.
The cellar houses a washing machine and freezer. A covered terrace
runs round three sides of the house with the south terrace overlooking
the swimming pool (11m x 6m), tennis court and rear garden. |

This is a private, well-designed, spacious house, recently re-furbished
with Provencal charm allied to modern equipment. Dining is easy
and versatile, inside the dining room and kitchen, whilst outside
dining on the south terrace is very pleasant. The pool and tennis
court bask in sunshine and are in clear view of the house. Take
advantage of the complete privacy of your own pool and feel free
to dip or dive in at your leisure or to simply take the edge off
the heat of the day.

This delightful villa is set in beautiful Provence (only 1.5 hrs
from Nice airport) and close to the medieval village of Le Val.
The village boasts three restaurants and patisseries, two bar/cafes
a grocery store, two greengrocers and a pharmacy. Throughout the
summer the local villages act as hosts to pottery festivals, craft
fairs and in early September the Fete de Saucisses when the villagers
let their hair down and party all weekend finishing with a firework
display. |
